I have had many Sprint cell phones 3/3/2012

I have had many Sprint cell phones throughout my life. Besides Nextel it???s the only service I???ve been with. I can???t complain much about most phones I had, but there was nothing worse than the Samsung instinct touch screen phone. Don???t get me wrong it has its good things about the phone, like the camera. It takes such great photos! Although it has its cons: Right from the start I had a very bad experience with this phone. It was nice looking and purple but it had many technical problems. It was an all touch screen phone so sometimes the phone would freeze up. And the internet was so slow; it took forever to load anything!!! Sometimes the phone would just shut off out of nowhere. That was always the worse! And I???d have to take the battery out just to get it to turn back on. In certain areas I wouldn???t even get service, where normally I would of. And the battery never lasted a fall day! I had gotten this feedback from many other people who had this phone. So I know it wasn???t just my phone. Pros: null Cons: null more

SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH 11/9/2011

I was visiting from California and needed a new cell phone because my old one got put thru the washing machine. In any case, it was time to upgrade my Sprint plan and I really wanted a Smart phone. However, before going to the Scottsdale store I read the review from Oct. 20, 2011. To be frank, given the tone of that review, I figured I'd just research the Smart phones and wait to get a new phone when I got back to California. But, I was so impressed with the helpful, knowledgeable service from Toby and Joe, i upgraded my plan and bought the Samsung Epic 2. Simply stated, this the best customer service I've ever had at a Sprint store. And finally, I generally don't write Reviews but felt it necessary to counter the one that was so critical. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE 10/20/2011

The manager Joe has the WORST customer service skills I have ever had the chance of dealing with! The first rep was nervous and could tell he was not trained properly. He kept saying I need a manager, I need to get my manager. Then I thought ok the manager will be a little brighter...no... I was hugely disappointed. He didnt even understand the return policy and he was the manager. I called the Sprint business Customer service line. The manager I spoke with was blown away the manager would not return the device in 30 days. Whether this was the first or second time I brought it back. My last return was 10/07/11 in plenty of time in the 30 days. He had an attitude and I could tell he wanted to just get me out of there. Sorry there is nothing we can do for you... Really? TRUST ME...They have no value to customers there. I have a business acct and over 10 lines, they acted like they could care less to help me! IF your customer service skills lack as a manager, what do you think the rest of the store will be like? DO NOT GO THERE. I made a complaint thru the 1-800 # so hopefully it gets back to the owner to help these kids out. more
