I was visiting from California and needed a new cell phone because my old one got put thru the washing machine. In any case, it was time to upgrade my Sprint plan and I really wanted a Smart phone. However, before going to the Scottsdale store I read the review from Oct. 20, 2011. To be frank, given the tone of that review, I figured I'd just research the Smart phones and wait to get a new phone when I got back to California. But, I was so impressed with the helpful, knowledgeable service from Toby and Joe, i upgraded my plan and bought the Samsung Epic 2. Simply stated, this the best customer service I've ever had at a Sprint store. And finally, I generally don't write Reviews but felt it necessary to counter the one that was so critical.
