The manager Joe has the WORST customer service skills I have ever had the chance of dealing with! The first rep was nervous and could tell he was not trained properly. He kept saying I need a manager, I need to get my manager. Then I thought ok the manager will be a little brighter...no... I was hugely disappointed. He didnt even understand the return policy and he was the manager. I called the Sprint business Customer service line. The manager I spoke with was blown away the manager would not return the device in 30 days. Whether this was the first or second time I brought it back. My last return was 10/07/11 in plenty of time in the 30 days. He had an attitude and I could tell he wanted to just get me out of there. Sorry there is nothing we can do for you... Really? TRUST ME...They have no value to customers there. I have a business acct and over 10 lines, they acted like they could care less to help me! IF your customer service skills lack as a manager, what do you think the rest of the store will be like? DO NOT GO THERE. I made a complaint thru the 1-800 # so hopefully it gets back to the owner to help these kids out. more
