I have had many Sprint cell phones throughout my life. Besides Nextel it???s the only service I???ve been with. I can???t complain much about most phones I had, but there was nothing worse than the Samsung instinct touch screen phone. Don???t get me wrong it has its good things about the phone, like the camera. It takes such great photos! Although it has its cons: Right from the start I had a very bad experience with this phone. It was nice looking and purple but it had many technical problems. It was an all touch screen phone so sometimes the phone would freeze up. And the internet was so slow; it took forever to load anything!!! Sometimes the phone would just shut off out of nowhere. That was always the worse! And I???d have to take the battery out just to get it to turn back on. In certain areas I wouldn???t even get service, where normally I would of. And the battery never lasted a fall day! I had gotten this feedback from many other people who had this phone. So I know it wasn???t just my phone.
