Services 07/17/2014 8/3/2014

On Thursday 17 July I left my car for Servicing: Diagnose cause of "Service Engine Soon" warning light:[Charge: $97.50][3rd visit to your shop]. I took the car home, and did not drive it, till Monday 21 July, and the same Warning Light, has remained on [No resolution to the problem]. I also requested your; "AC Special" charge: $58.50: The AC is not working properly: puts out cool air, but not cold air [does not cool the interior]. I need this system to be working properly, as I expected. Please confirm you can perform the corrected action, at no additional charge. Thanks, Dennis more

Experienced and Trustworthy Car Repair 6/19/2014

I have been taking my cars to Art at Spence and Fry GM repair for 8 years now with my GM and non GM vehicles. Him and his mechanics quickly find out what is wrong and will fix your car for a fair price. You will not be taken advantage of here more

Got the last minute job done on a Monday 5/21/2014

Fuel pump went out on a Monday morning and S & F was able to take care of what it needed by the end of the day. Car did not get there until afternoon. I have been going here for many years and will continue to do so. more

They identified the burned-out ignition coil as the reason for car's running rough. And they installed new coils. That work! more

their performance is always a 5 on a 1 to 5 (5 best) scale. My wife dropped off her car in the early am and had it back as promised at 430. They did all the work needed and recommended additional work (the car needed it 140 k miles) They followed up and called back like real professionals should. Their prices are very reasonable and they tell you up front what it will cost. more
