On Thursday 17 July I left my car for Servicing: Diagnose cause of "Service Engine Soon" warning light:[Charge: $97.50][3rd visit to your shop]. I took the car home, and did not drive it, till Monday 21 July, and the same Warning Light, has remained on [No resolution to the problem].
I also requested your; "AC Special" charge: $58.50: The AC is not working properly: puts out cool air, but not cold air [does not cool the interior]. I need this system to be working properly, as I expected. Please confirm you can perform the corrected action, at no additional charge.
