Spectrum Business

I had spent about an hour trying to pay my bill with timewarnercable. Why in the world do they keep changing their website features!!!!!! Every month they want me to sign up with a new payxpress or myservices, etc.. IT never STOPS!!! I just want to log in .. have a feature to "" PAY MY BILL"" and be done with it!!!!!!!!! Also, their newest Feature requires you to have a customer Code before you can sign up and pay your bill YET AGAIN!!! you are unable to access this code if you do not receive paper statements.... Their website is frustrating and hard to use.. Thanks to my IPhone I was able to download the app and pay my bill within 2 minutes... Why cant they make it that simple on their website..... SOOOOO ANNOYED more

Horrible service. Why do they have a monoploy on cable? Can't get Fios at my location, and AT&T's service is lack-luster at best.\r \r Satellite providers are not much better. \r \r As a whole we are bound to purchase from these entities that do not care much about customer service, but what is the consumer to do if all of them neither provide a value service nor do they provide customer care?\r \r IMO TW Cable is leading the pack on how not to treat their customers. more

I am so frustrated with the service at Time Warner Cable ""Home of all the Best"" ... NO WAY!!! Nothing about them is the best. I went into their Carl Boyer office and was greeted by a lady who looked like she just lost her best friend, she appeared bored with my questions and couldn't even muster a smile until she knew I was leaving. Today I tried to search on line to get the office hours which I can't believe are not posted. I called the number listed on the page... hold hold hold, still holding. I called 411 and just as always I'm stuck in some type of Time Warner holding pattern. I suppose they only have one person answering the phones because it took 24 minutes to get a real person. It took her more than a minute to bring up the hours and provide me with that information. Seriously, if I had been able to leave my house at that moment, I could have probably walked there faster. SPEED IT UP TIME WARNER!!!!! and get rid of the stupid recording! more

I recently received a flyer in the mail from Time Warner that read, Are you getting all the best from Time Warner Cable? This ad offered you a package deal for Digital TV, High Speed Internet, and Digital Phone Unlimited Nationwide, and only a $10 per month upgrade fee for Turbo High-Speed Internet Service. Since I am already paying $120 for these services and the their standard internet is so slow, I went into their store on July 11, 2009, but they refused to honor this ad, saying it was for new costomers only. Absolutely no where on the ad does it say this. Again, the heading of the ad says, ARE YOU GETTING ALL THE BEST FROM TIME WARNER CABLE? Funny, if you were not using Time Warner then why would they be asking this question!\r Cons: Will not honor their own ads more
