I am so frustrated with the service at Time Warner Cable ""Home of all the Best"" ... NO WAY!!!
Nothing about them is the best. I went into their Carl Boyer office and was greeted by a lady who looked like she just lost her best friend, she appeared bored with my questions and couldn't even muster a smile until she knew I was leaving. Today I tried to search on line to get the office hours which I can't believe are not posted. I called the number listed on the page... hold hold hold, still holding. I called 411 and just as always I'm stuck in some type of Time Warner holding pattern. I suppose they only have one person answering the phones because it took 24 minutes to get a real person. It took her more than a minute to bring up the hours and provide me with that information. Seriously, if I had been able to leave my house at that moment, I could have probably walked there faster. SPEED IT UP TIME WARNER!!!!! and get rid of the stupid recording!
