I had spent about an hour trying to pay my bill with timewarnercable. Why in the world do they keep changing their website features!!!!!! Every month they want me to sign up with a new payxpress or myservices, etc.. IT never STOPS!!! I just want to log in .. have a feature to "" PAY MY BILL"" and be done with it!!!!!!!!! Also, their newest Feature requires you to have a customer Code before you can sign up and pay your bill YET AGAIN!!! you are unable to access this code if you do not receive paper statements.... Their website is frustrating and hard to use.. Thanks to my IPhone I was able to download the app and pay my bill within 2 minutes... Why cant they make it that simple on their website..... SOOOOO ANNOYED
