Review content:
I recently received a flyer in the mail from Time Warner that read, Are you getting all the best from Time Warner Cable? This ad offered you a package deal for Digital TV, High Speed Internet, and Digital Phone Unlimited Nationwide, and only a $10 per month upgrade fee for Turbo High-Speed Internet Service. Since I am already paying $120 for these services and the their standard internet is so slow, I went into their store on July 11, 2009, but they refused to honor this ad, saying it was for new costomers only. Absolutely no where on the ad does it say this. Again, the heading of the ad says, ARE YOU GETTING ALL THE BEST FROM TIME WARNER CABLE? Funny, if you were not using Time Warner then why would they be asking this question!\r
Cons: Will not honor their own ads
