Spa Bellissimo

I had the pleasure of experiencing Spa Bellissimo this past week.From the moment I entered the spa until I left the visit was nothing less than amazing.I was warmly greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was able to answer all my questions.I ended up deciding to stay and get a one hour massage.My Therapist Wenonah was amazing .I left feeling great. more

The place was absolutely beautiful inside and very clean.They also carry several product lines and have an extensive menu of services including hair as well.I will definatly be returning to Spa Bellissimo for my massages and maybe to try out the other services they offer.I would definatly recommend trying this place out you wont be dissapointed! more

Autumn was a wonderful massage therapist, offering me a choice of full body or area specific massage for my hour, and with back issues, I truly appreciated the choice to give extra attention to painful areas. more

Overall I would highly recommend this spa, contrary to the reviews I encountered after telling someone I had been there. Some spoiled people can never be made happy. The rest of us appreciate the luxurious experience. Five stars. more

Although Norwood is a long way from Auburn I have to say that I will go back. The rooms are all well appointed and softly lit. You really do get a relaxing feeling when you enter. more

You would never guess that a spa on Route 1 would be so beautiful inside! Very classy, high-end feel. I had one of the best pedicures ever--same as a Newbury Street experience. Amazingly comfy chairs in the pedi area. I plan to get a massage next time! more

We booked an Aria Spa Experience, which is a half day of pampering, as a surprise for my mom's 50th birthday. We were taking her out to dinner after so they were so helpful in going along with our surprise and making sure she was ready for a night on the town. As for the spa services my mom said it was one amazing and relaxing experience after another. I did a lot of research before deciding on Spa Bellissimo and the prices were so reasonable compared to the ridiculously expensive other places. You would never guess how beautiful this place is from the outside as it is at the end of a kinda shabby looking plaza but the inside is decorated beautifully and so relaxing. I can't wait to book services for myself! Pros: Helpful, friendly Cons: Not closer to home more

What made it uniSpa Bellissimo Image - Serene, Beautifully decorated, every detail was amazing. On the outside it was a strip mall but the inside was a whole different world! Professionalism - Every staff member was accommodating, attentive, non-invasive, comfortable, down to earth, beautiful, knowledgeable. Prices - For what you get the prices are phenomenal. I got MUCH more than what I paid for. Products - the products they used during services where amazing, the retail products where extensive and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about all of them. Service - impeccable, extremely accommodating, enormously professional, very individual and each employee made me feel special. Even the employees that did not treat me still checked to see if I was getting all I needed! I got a Massage, Facial, Steam bath, Foot Facial, Hand facial, LUNCH, and I am due to go back for a complimentary make over. Rachel - Massage Therapist, very professional, beautiful young woman, very accommodating and gave a GREAT massage. Lynelle - Amazing Esthetician, very experienced and educated in her trade. She was also beautiful, accommodating and very complimentary. Sonata - Skin Care - Foot and Hand Facial. She was a very nice girl and was also very helpful and you can tell she really liked what she was doing. Over all my experience was phenomenal! Even though the facility was amazingly decorated, and the atmosphere was all that a spa should be, it was the staff that made the experience so remarkable. Outrageous prices. Asked for a deep tissue massage and got a $60 half hour massage from a girl who admitted she didn't do deep tissue. The carpets were kind of dirty too. Don't go here for quality. Pros: Ehhh..? The receptionist was pretty? Cons: Everything else more

I came across this spa while on a business meeting at the Outback in the plaza one day and on my night off stopped in...the receptionist was very helpful in explaining their cute menu to me and I also got a tour from a massage therapist. I was so impressed I booked for the following week for a one hour hot oil massage with steambath. When I went for my appointment I showed up about 20 minutes early and the receptionist set up a robe with cute pink slippers for me and the steam bath which was very relaxing. I was then escorted to a massage room by the receptionist and shortly after I was situated my massage therapist, Sasha came in. As soon as she began working on me I felt instantly released from all of my daily stresses....when the hour was over sasha greeted me outside of the room with a glass of water. I was sure to write down this therapists name for when I return monthly for a rub and even suggest her to my family and friends!! I definitely suggest Sasha she was fantastic...and make sure you use the steam!! Pros: definitely worth the price!! totally relaxed Cons: set back in plaza...hard to notice... more

sooo my boyfriends bday was coming up & i didnt know what to get him. i remembered he had told me once that he would like for us to get a massage one day..i went online looked thru local spas until i came across this website and followed the link to their website - i was very intrigued so i ended up showing up unannounced to their location in norwood to scope it out. i was a little hesitant because its located in a random plaza next to like a pizza shop or something. i asked the girl at the front desk that i was interested in a couples package... she led me into the waiting room (beautifully decorated w/ very comfortable couches)... couple of minutes later, a massage therapist came and got me and showed me around the spa - gorgeous... it was very clean... earth tone colors, relaxing music and water fountains throughout... i mean honestly i would never imagine that there would be a spa like that on rte 1 in norwood... anywho, she showed me the couples room and i was BOUGHT! i took my boyfriend on his birthday and had him close his eyes until we got to the couples room... I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY HAD SET IT UP SOOOO ROMANTICALLY AND SO PERFECT FOR US! the tub was overflowing, candles everywhere, champagne... i mean come ON!!!! it was right out of a movie! after we chilled in the tub for half an hour (the water was perfect & the tub had glowing changing lights) we got a knock on the door and the massage therapist said "ill come back in 5 minutes, thank you!" so that gave us time to dry up & get on the massage beds (oh by the way HEATED WATER BEDS) - the beds were about 4 feet apart so we were together but still had our privacy... the MASSAGE WAS PERFECT! & after the 60 minute massage, they led us into the steam room, where clean towels were waiting for us AND 2 cups of ice COLD WATER!really, i couldnt believe it, I DIDNT EVEN THINK IT WAS GOING TO BE SO FABOLOUS! the girls were great, the place was clean, it was just perfect! & the price was so affordable! Pros: amazing customer service, clean, great massage! Cons: i cant think of any i swear! more
