What made it uniSpa Bellissimo
Image - Serene, Beautifully decorated, every detail was amazing. On the outside it was a strip mall but the inside was a whole different world!
Professionalism - Every staff member was accommodating, attentive, non-invasive, comfortable, down to earth, beautiful, knowledgeable.
Prices - For what you get the prices are phenomenal. I got MUCH more than what I paid for.
Products - the products they used during services where amazing, the retail products where extensive and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about all of them.
Service - impeccable, extremely accommodating, enormously professional, very individual and each employee made me feel special. Even the employees that did not treat me still checked to see if I was getting all I needed! I got a Massage, Facial, Steam bath, Foot Facial, Hand facial, LUNCH, and I am due to go back for a complimentary make over.
Rachel - Massage Therapist, very professional, beautiful young woman, very accommodating and gave a GREAT massage.
Lynelle - Amazing Esthetician, very experienced and educated in her trade. She was also beautiful, accommodating and very complimentary.
Sonata - Skin Care - Foot and Hand Facial. She was a very nice girl and was also very helpful and you can tell she really liked what she was doing.
Over all my experience was phenomenal! Even though the facility was amazingly decorated, and the atmosphere was all that a spa should be, it was the staff that made the experience so remarkable. Thank you Spa Bellissimo and I will be back!que or special?
