sooo my boyfriends bday was coming up & i didnt know what to get him. i remembered he had told me once that he would like for us to get a massage one day..i went online looked thru local spas until i came across this website and followed the link to their website - i was very intrigued so i ended up showing up unannounced to their location in norwood to scope it out. i was a little hesitant because its located in a random plaza next to like a pizza shop or something. i asked the girl at the front desk that i was interested in a couples package... she led me into the waiting room (beautifully decorated w/ very comfortable couches)... couple of minutes later, a massage therapist came and got me and showed me around the spa - gorgeous... it was very clean... earth tone colors, relaxing music and water fountains throughout... i mean honestly i would never imagine that there would be a spa like that on rte 1 in norwood... anywho, she showed me the couples room and i was BOUGHT! i took my boyfriend on his birthday and had him close his eyes until we got to the couples room... I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY HAD SET IT UP SOOOO ROMANTICALLY AND SO PERFECT FOR US! the tub was overflowing, candles everywhere, champagne... i mean come ON!!!! it was right out of a movie! after we chilled in the tub for half an hour (the water was perfect & the tub had glowing changing lights) we got a knock on the door and the massage therapist said "ill come back in 5 minutes, thank you!" so that gave us time to dry up & get on the massage beds (oh by the way HEATED WATER BEDS) - the beds were about 4 feet apart so we were together but still had our privacy... the MASSAGE WAS PERFECT! & after the 60 minute massage, they led us into the steam room, where clean towels were waiting for us AND 2 cups of ice COLD WATER!really, i couldnt believe it, I DIDNT EVEN THINK IT WAS GOING TO BE SO FABOLOUS! the girls were great, the place was clean, it was just perfect! & the price was so affordable!
Pros: amazing customer service, clean, great massage!
Cons: i cant think of any i swear!
