y do ppl lie n say they waited 30 minutes at the airport for a shuttle, n this girl says there was only 2 shuttles running, ive worked at the airport 4 yrs, n i know 105 has more than 2 shuttles, i also know ppl who say their shuttle passed them up, didnt even wave at the shuttle to get them to stop, yes if u want a shuttle speak up, since i hear complaints about the shuttles let me tell u about the customers, they cry n moan, we been wating 30 minutes this is what i call customer time, not real time real time is 3 minutes, 1 min 10 mins 2 mins 2o mins n so on n so on, n its never ur fault ur running late its always the shuttle drivers fault, that ur not going to b on time when u ran urself late, its 2 hrs priour to flight time, lets get there on time shall we, n if u r running late, do u really think its a good idea to b mean to ur shuttle driver serioulsy n stop complaining about ten mins, n if u dont like they prise of long term parking have a freind drop u off, take a prime time or super shutlle f gods sake, n if ur shuttle driver helps with ur bag for goodness sakes throw them a tip. whats a doller ganna hurt, heres looking at u kid ur shuttle driver more

I used this parking garage in July 07. When checking out they overcharged me significantly. Since then I have continually tried to resolve this issue with site management by: writing a letter explaining the problem, contacting them by phone 4 times and speaking with the manager who agree they were wrong and offered to mail me a check for the amount owed- and they never did! This has taken over 6 1/2 months and still no resolution. Pros: facility is ok Cons: will not respond to complaints of overcharging even though they admit they did it more

The rate quoted on the Internet is great, but don't expect to pay it. When you go to retrieve your car, you'll find that you are charged a much higher rate. The coupon that you are sent on email is confusing and you'll find it hard to defend the rate quoted, even though it is found right on the website. Also, the only non-valet parking is outdoors on the roof. The elevator doesn't even go up that high! In addition, there are only two shuttles, so you may find yourself standing by the curb waiting, waiting, waiting for someone to pick you up at the airport. This looks like a good deal on paper, but there are much better lots with much better service available in the area. Save yourself the headache and go to them! Cons: you'll pay more than you were quoted. more
