Review content:
I used this parking garage in July 07. When checking out they overcharged me significantly. Since then I have continually tried to resolve this issue with site management by: writing a letter explaining the problem, contacting them by phone 4 times and speaking with the manager who agree they were wrong and offered to mail me a check for the amount owed- and they never did! This has taken over 6 1/2 months and still no resolution.
Pros: facility is ok
Cons: will not respond to complaints of overcharging even though they admit they did it
