Review content:
The rate quoted on the Internet is great, but don't expect to pay it. When you go to retrieve your car, you'll find that you are charged a much higher rate. The coupon that you are sent on email is confusing and you'll find it hard to defend the rate quoted, even though it is found right on the website. Also, the only non-valet parking is outdoors on the roof. The elevator doesn't even go up that high! In addition, there are only two shuttles, so you may find yourself standing by the curb waiting, waiting, waiting for someone to pick you up at the airport. This looks like a good deal on paper, but there are much better lots with much better service available in the area. Save yourself the headache and go to them!
