Worst

Don't elect for Saturday afternoon service the technicians on duty are not even attentive enough to tighten the oil pan drain plug allowing for oil to leak and create two driveway...

Even with the dealership going thru a major remodel, and the service dept. working out of a trailer the staff did an amazing job. more

Unusual Long Time for Oil Change 1/22/2014

This was my second time going to this location for an oil change. I expected that since I made an appointment my oil change would be quicker like when I got an oil change at the Kia dealership where I bough my previous car. However, it took close to two hours to finish my oil change. Very discouraging to know when considering to go back if I want any more service. Other then that everything else was what I expected. Staff was courteous, waiting room was okay, and they provided TV and donuts while waiting. more

Professional Service 12/24/2013

My last service was an oil change. The staff was very professional, polite, and the wait time was minimal. And they are very knowledgeable about what ever question that I asked them. Great Job! Keep up the good work. Thanks for serving the customers. more

I know exactly what needs to be done before its done. I trust this dealership. The customer service representatives been with Hyundai Hall for years, very little turnover of personnel. You get to know them and trust them. more

This visit was for a recall. The only negative I can find is that they are in a building process which changes things a bit but it was not impossible to navigate. more

Hyundai Service Department 11/6/2013

Best price on my timing belt replacement. Always, always great, reliable work if not the cheapest. They let me use expired coupons though. All employees are knowledgeable and polite. more
