Review content:
This was my second time going to this location for an oil change. I expected that since I made an appointment my oil change would be quicker like when I got an oil change at the Kia dealership where I bough my previous car. However, it took close to two hours to finish my oil change. Very discouraging to know when considering to go back if I want any more service. Other then that everything else was what I expected. Staff was courteous, waiting room was okay, and they provided TV and donuts while waiting.
