Worst

Don't elect for Saturday afternoon service the technicians on duty are not even attentive enough to tighten the oil pan drain plug allowing for oil to leak and create two driveway...

Stop by visist no appointment treated me great and fit me in 8/20/2014

Great stopped by with a gas cap problem that and a cylinder coil was replaced still under warranty more

We moved to VA in 8/08 & we already had a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe & Hall Hyundai was close to where we moved. We subsequently leased 2 Elantra cars, because of the outstanding service that Hall Hyundai in Newport News, VA provides more

Service Dept. top notch, Brenda is not only a service writer she makes you feel like family. Old saying, if it's not broke don't fix it, Hall's service Dept. is not broken and I will take my vechile there for as long as I own it. more

Hands down, the best auto service I've gotten in years, and I've gotten many. Very responsive staff. They are helpful, professional, informative, and NEVER try to mislead you or anything. Totally up front, willing to talk, and so far, for me any way, the final cost of my service visits are always equal to - OR LESS than - the price estimates they give me. 5 stars from me easy. more

Professional and caring staff 7/20/2014

Hall Hyundai has the BEST service people and management team I have ever dealt with. The exceed my expectations each and every time I bring my car in for service. They go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. I can call anytime of the day and set up a appointment and not have to wait days or weeks before they can see me. They make me feel like a family member instead of a customer. To me Hall Hyundai is the GREATEST dealership in Hampton Roads and I would recommend them to anyone. more

I called and was able to make an appt. the same day. They communicated me with very well when the service was complete and about all service they performed. Unlike Tysinger Hyundai, where I bought the car, who told me it would be 4 days before they work me in. more

Excellent service, friendly faces 7/15/2014

I have been taking my 2006 Sonata to this dealership for all of its regular check ups/oil changes and have always had excellent service. The free multi-point inspections have been especially helpful - they let me know what needs to be done and my husband does the fixing. The service dept. personnel are great to work with and I recommend this dealership to anyone needing service. more

I bought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata here in March of 2013. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a nice smile and firm handshake. This was my first time buying a new car. The car buying process was very well explained. Not rushed. I have been to Hall Hyundai for every service need ever since. The staff is always courteous, informed, and recommend what your automobile needs without being aggressive to make a sale or profit. more
