This company has gone out of its way on several occasions to provide superior service to me and my family. My wife always comments on the politeness of the service technicians, and how they explain things to her in a clear manner. As with any aerobic systems, we have had our little problems, but the company has worked with us extensively on assessing and correcting the problems with either the equipment or helping my wife to understand that certain practices of our usage can help to prevent and even eliminate odor and other problems. They even put ant poison around the system to help avoid fire ant problems that are so notorious with these types of systems. After 10+ years paying for a service contract with STWT, I found that they were not doing their job. They were rebuilding my aerators and ironically each one failed just a few months out of warranty. The last one failed after only 9 months. Their technician simultaneously threw the 70 amp service breaker to my workshop at the same time he threw the septic breaker. He never reset the shop resulting in the loss of a freezer and its contents. I had a different company service my system and they showed me roots that had been growing between the chambers blocking flow, and they had been growing for some time. The tank is also overdue for pumping and STWT had told me at least three times that it was nowhere near time. They refused to pay for my freezer and food. js more
