Review content:
After 10+ years paying for a service contract with STWT, I found that they were not doing their job. They were rebuilding my aerators and ironically each one failed just a few months out of warranty. The last one failed after only 9 months. Their technician simultaneously threw the 70 amp service breaker to my workshop at the same time he threw the septic breaker. He never reset the shop resulting in the loss of a freezer and its contents. I had a different company service my system and they showed me roots that had been growing between the chambers blocking flow, and they had been growing for some time. The tank is also overdue for pumping and STWT had told me at least three times that it was nowhere near time. They refused to pay for my freezer and food.
