This company has gone out of its way on several occasions to provide superior service to me and my family. My wife always comments on the politeness of the service technicians, and how they explain things to her in a clear manner. As with any aerobic systems, we have had our little problems, but the company has worked with us extensively on assessing and correcting the problems with either the equipment or helping my wife to understand that certain practices of our usage can help to prevent and even eliminate odor and other problems. They even put ant poison around the system to help avoid fire ant problems that are so notorious with these types of systems. Thank you so much South Texas Wastewater, we will highly recommend your company and services to anyone.
