I am very happy 8/14/2014

I went to South Coast Toyota because it is my neighborhood Toyota dealer to buy a Rav4. I was expecting to spend the entire day buying a car as I have experienced in the past. Joshua helped me look around and I found the Rav4 I wanted in about 30 min. Joshua was very nice and helped me start the process and I was finished in about 4 hours start to finish. Joshua was very professional and I am very happy to buy my car there. more

I went to South Coast Toyota because it is my neighborhood Toyota dealer to buy a Rav4. I was expecting to spend the entire day buying a car as I have experienced in the past. Joshua helped me look around and I found the Rav4 I wanted in about 30 min. Joshua was very nice and helped me start the process and I was finished in about 4 hours start to finish. Joshua was very professional and I am very happy to buy my car there.\r more

I was shopping for my first new car and wanted a Toyota because I heard they held there value and wanted to make a smart purchase. As soon as I arrived I met Joshua who was very helpful helping me choose a car. I purchased a Camry and love the gas mileage. What an awesome 7/30/2014

The kids and I were surprised with a new family van this last weekend by my husband. What made the experience more incredible was the staff at South Coast Toyota! Talk about teamwork! As we approached the new ride wrapped with a huge green bow on its hood, we were greeted by the Used Car Manager (Danny) and Detail/Lot Porter (Sergio) who wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Shortly thereafter, the Internet Director (David) went over the features and functions of it. Proper delivery indeed! Just as I had thought we were ready to leave, the Sales Manager (Bill) came over and congratulated us too. He even entertained the children. What an awesome dealership! They certainly work together to make sure this customer is 100%+++ happy with her auto-buying experience!!! more

I love the Service 7/11/2014

I love the Service department at South Coast Toyota! They are honest, friendly and always do a great job. I've learned the hard way that not all service centers are the same. I wouldn’t take my Scion anywhere else. A big thanks to the staff here!! more

Amazing service 7/3/2014

I just bought my certified '09 Corolla S from here. They provided me more than great service. If you come here, see Steve Espinoza. Went once to shop and look around and we left the lot without being pressured into staying or filling anything out. No pressure at all from the salesman. Went back to crunch numbers a couple days later and the service was amazing. Ran my credit and they were straight up about prices with no BS. The closer (finance rep) was just as easy going as the sales rep. They broke down every detail and explained every single thing I signed. Great non-pressure sales staff. Amazing service all around!! more

Very polite and courteous, 6/26/2014

My parents’ car broke down so we were in the market for a new or used vehicle. We met a salesman by the name of Tony Ngyuen. Very polite and courteous, there was no pressure at all from him to sell us a vehicle that afternoon. My parents had in mind to look at the Toyota 4 Runner, but as good salesman does he tries to fit the customer in the right vehicle. The new 4 Runner is too big for my mom to drive she's a little Asian lady that's 5'0 on her good days. The Rav 4 was perfect for her and my dad. Good gas mileage and still roomy enough for my dad. Tony worked a great deal for my family that evening. So I decided to come back the next day and upgrade from a Tacoma to Tundra. more

I highly recommend 6/19/2014

Before going to south coast Toyota I had gone to 4 different dealers they all promised they could get me into the truck I wanted with the payment I wanted and of the all salesmen were really pushy, typical salesmen. Then I arrived at south coast Toyota and met Jerry Ruiz I nice helpful salesman I told him I wanted a tundra and the price range I wanted he got me both the truck and the best deal in the price and the APR that talks volumes because Jerry and his management did everything in their power to get me the best possible deal. Now my wife bought a car there and 3 other friends have bought cars there too all through Jerry I highly recommend South Coast Toyota and Jerry Ruiz more

There was NO waiting at all. 6/9/2014

Michael Rice and Tung Nguyen in the "Internet Department" did a superb job! I received an e-mail and phone call in less than 1 minute after inquiring on line. There was NO waiting at all. When I arrived my lease was already pre-approved, the car and paper work were already waiting for me. Total time at the dealership was less than 45 minutes. Never could I have imagined making an inquiry on line and driving the car home 2 hours later. They did everything they said they would plus some! It just doesn't get any better than this. Sure wish some of the local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. would go over there for training. I would recommend these guys to anyone! more
