BEST car buying experience of my life 6/2/2014

Thank you South Coast Toyota for the BEST car buying experience of my life... Going to a dealership to buy a car made me physically sick at my stomach...and thanks to Michael Rice and Tung Nguyen in the Internet/ Fleet dept., that is no longer the case...Michael and Tung are really great guys that took the time with my husband and me to help us find the right vehicle for our needs at a great price. Painless and quick transaction 5/22/2014

I just got my Venza from South Coast a week ago and let me say, that was a very painless and quick transaction. Some other dealers try to haggle you on price but TUNG NGUYEN was easy to deal with. I wrote everything what I wanted and he quoted me the price. He was upfront and responded quickly to any questions I had. He got the car ready and it was parked at the front of their office when I got there! more

I could not be any happier 5/19/2014

I purchased a 2011 Tacoma from South Coast Toyota and I could not be any happier with the experience. For whatever reason, I had not initially considered buying a car from this place, but I quickly changed my way of thinking when I met John Deloss, the internet manager that represented me with the purchase. I use these words because that is the way I felt, he represented me; he did not "sell" me, he represented me. John's a great guy, he's personable and he honestly looked after my best interest. There really wasn't a discussion about price, or the usual back and forth we've all experienced with car purchases in the past. I told John exactly what I was looking for, he said this is the price (which I knew was great) and that was that. John had to locate the truck at another dealer, which he found and had in front of me ready to drive off in an hour. more

This was the most painless and transparent car buying experience I've ever had. The financing was better that I got a credit union and the salespeople were great. John Deloss is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and Louis Davies was very patient and made sure the whole process went smoothly and quickly. They had the car that fit my needs and the price that I could afford. I'd do it again tomorrow if I had to!!! more

I had a great experience with this dealership and the sales reps. They took the time to give me the better deal, even finding me rebates that I didn't know I rated.... One of the best things, the sales reps are NOT pushy like at other dealerships. more

I have taken my Toyota highlander hybrid here twice and had outstanding service both times. I recently bought my brand new Corollas S from an amazing salesman Jose Espinoza. I have bought my last 3 cars from him when he worked at Toyota of Orange but I am very pleased he is now at South Coast Toyota and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. The whole experience with him has been wonderful and will keep buying my future cars from him! more

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them 4/17/2014

I requested an internet quote on a 2011 Prius that had to be a particular color interior and out. It took Mike Black (Fleet Manager) a couple weeks to locate. He stayed in contact with me during that period advising me of the status. He honored the original quote even though they probably could have sold it at a higher price. Mike and the folks at South Coast Toyota are honest, helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. Thanks again. more

I always go back 4/15/2014

Whenever I need a car I always go back to Michael Rice, Tung Nguyen and South coast Toyota. They answer all of my questions and gave me pricing and financing without games. No matter what I am looking for they find it, give me a great price and make sure I am a happy customer. That is why I have been coming back to Michael to buy my cars for over 15 years.
