The kids and I were surprised with a new family van this last weekend by my husband. What made the experience more incredible was the staff at South Coast Toyota! Talk about teamwork! As we approached the new ride wrapped with a huge green bow on its hood, we were greeted by the Used Car Manager (Danny) and Detail/Lot Porter (Sergio) who wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Shortly thereafter, the Internet Director (David) went over the features and functions of it. Proper delivery indeed! Just as I had thought we were ready to leave, the Sales Manager (Bill) came over and congratulated us too. He even entertained the children. What an awesome dealership! They certainly work together to make sure this customer is 100%+++ happy with her auto-buying experience!!!\r
