SCMS in newport beach has long time time problem of machine not working properly. They cancel your appointment because they have to fix and replace the laser machine. They also book you on a time together with other clients. Although i had my treatment done already, I still have hair left. Not a good experience. Just FYI. thanks more

The staff made me feel very welcomed as soon as walked through the door. I was offered water when I was politely asked to wait. The ONLY thing that has me kind of ""sketchy"" is that fact that 80% of hair loss is guranteed, but permanent loss isn't. :(\r more

I really like not having to shave my legs. They're always soft & smooth. Under arms, etc too. Oh, now, if I want to I can also wear very low bikinis, low-cut jeans, etc! Yay! Love it!\r more

I am very pleased with SCMS and I have completed 3 of 6 laser treatments from them. The staff and technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable and will tell you the areas that will take well to laser treatment and the areas that won't. They are a little more pricey than nearby laser treatment places I have researched but you do get what you pay for and didn't want to take any chances with my body.\r \r My first visit, it was hard to find the building especially for directionally challenged peeps. I park across the street to avoid the parking garage and the need for validating (which they do for you).\r \r Each time you go in for treatments, the pain is a little more intense in sensitive areas. I suggest icing beforehand! more

My last visit to SCMS was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is of course always nice. The secretary was very helpful in getting me prepared for my treatment by getting out ice packs and the numb cream for me. Everything went well except that I left a little late because they forgot to start the laser machines for pre warm up. Everything else was perfect though! more

Very pleased with the results. Just wish I found out about SCMS earlier. I recommend it to anyone interested in getting acne scars removed. I had doubts, but after the first procedure, I am truely a believer. Also get compliments all the time after only my first procedure. Don't waste your time looking for other places, this is the place to be. more

Good job 5/23/2012

Their prices are very reasonable and I got a great package deal on my under-arms and Brazilian bikini zone. After 5 of my 6 treatments, I have experienced about an 85 to 90% hair loss, which is amazing! I used to get ingrown hairs every time I shaved and now I NEVER get them! I have referred my mom and other people to SCMS because they do a great job, provide you with excellent results and are very fair priced. I can't wait to have my legs done next! Thanks SCMS! more

so far so great!!!, first treatment for tattoo removal done with... :-) hurt like heck but they were as gentle and understanding as can be. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. more
