Fixing a persistent problem i couldn't fix 4/12/2012

My wires kept coming loose from my amp and no matter how many times I tried to fix it I couldn't get it to stay. It had been over a year so SOTS was under no obligation to fix it for free, but they honor the quality of their work and fixed it with a different arrangement of the amp so that it wouldn't come loose again. Part of the problem was with the amp itself which I had gotten used. They do great work and I'm always satisfied and would definitely bring my next car back that needs a new system or something installed. more

This place is very busy. That aside the people who work there no what they are talking and are very upfront in what your looking for. The installation of my item was fast and it works great and it is what I was explained it would be. Price was reasonable. more
