I've used Sound of Tri-State in Dover DE several times the last couple of years to modify/repair my audio-navigation equipment, and upgrade to HID headlights. In all instances, I been impressed from the manager and his staff. Their customer service, and technical expertise helped me diagnose existing problems with my DVD player and bluetooth phone system. They also helped me choose the best lighting for my needs driving on the county roads early in the morning and late at night. When I had questions or wanted to change the systems out they were supremely helpful in modifying my equipment at a very modest price. The bottom line for them was customer satisfaction.
