To anyone looking to hire this company, make them do the work before you pay them. In the landscaping and handyman industry, they don't get paid until the work is completed. And if it isn't done RIGHT then they need to fix it before they get paid. more

I have never been treated so poorly by a company. They didn't come when they said they would to do the work and didn't even bother to call. After a month I called and cancelled the landscaping but still wanted the sprinkler work done. It was supposed to be done the next week. I never heard from them. It is now two months after the first meeting and after they cashed my $1026.00 check. I called this morning to ask for my money back. Their excuse was, ""We didn't know what you wanted done with the sprinklers."" They probably had forgotten because it was two months after we walked around the yard and discussed how the sprinklers should be. Plus, I still have had to water by hand because the sprinklers they fixed in the first place were not working. more

I called Sonic Solutions to come move some sprinklers and replace one sprinkler. They came the same day, when companies I used in the past either didn't answer the phone or told me it will be 2 weeks. While checking the system, he told me about one sprinkler that had never worked, where I was paying my neighbor to water that area with his sprinklers. in the past A1 and Gilson told me the problem was just low pressure. The Sonic Solutions technician said, and I quote ""I am 100% sure that the only problem is there are small pebbles blocking the pipe"" he said if he was wrong he would not charge me for checking it out. 2 minutes later he showed me the pipe full of pebbles for about 6 inches. He flushed it and it has worked wonderful ever since. That saves me $30 a year, that I was paying my neighbor to water that area. They are the best company I have ever used in any service I have hired out. They repaired all my problems and checked the system adjusting heads in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Sonic Solutions. I would refer them to anyone even my mother or grandmother etc. more

Paid $65 for a ""diagnostic"" visit. The man showed up, spent all of 15 minutes looking around. Acted confused and called someone else then decided that the valve to our sprinkling system was broken an needed to be replaced with an estimated repair cost of $500. We just moved into this home and were not sure which valve correctly turned the system on and the one he was checking did not have water to it. After he left we did dig down and found it was not broken at all. Called another company who within 10 minutes was able to tell us that was a clearly marked irrigation valve and was put there for future use if the area ever gets secondary water. We told Sonic we were definitely on culinary water - not secondary. I called the owner for a refund or partial refund and he was very dismissive. We'll see if he even calls back after he ""checks with his guy."" That's about $4.30/minute for INCORRECT diagnosis. Update - NO return phone calls. NO refund. This company is horrible. more
