Paid $65 for a ""diagnostic"" visit. The man showed up, spent all of 15 minutes looking around. Acted confused and called someone else then decided that the valve to our sprinkling system was broken an needed to be replaced with an estimated repair cost of $500. We just moved into this home and were not sure which valve correctly turned the system on and the one he was checking did not have water to it. After he left we did dig down and found it was not broken at all. Called another company who within 10 minutes was able to tell us that was a clearly marked irrigation valve and was put there for future use if the area ever gets secondary water. We told Sonic we were definitely on culinary water - not secondary. I called the owner for a refund or partial refund and he was very dismissive. We'll see if he even calls back after he ""checks with his guy."" That's about $4.30/minute for INCORRECT diagnosis.
Update - NO return phone calls. NO refund. This company is horrible.
