I have never been treated so poorly by a company. They didn't come when they said they would to do the work and didn't even bother to call. After a month I called and cancelled the landscaping but still wanted the sprinkler work done. It was supposed to be done the next week. I never heard from them. It is now two months after the first meeting and after they cashed my $1026.00 check. I called this morning to ask for my money back. Their excuse was, ""We didn't know what you wanted done with the sprinklers."" They probably had forgotten because it was two months after we walked around the yard and discussed how the sprinklers should be. Plus, I still have had to water by hand because the sprinklers they fixed in the first place were not working.
