I recently was getting ready to list my home for sale when I noticed what looked like a leak in my utility room ceiling close to the chimney. I called, told them my situation and a gentleman came out to see what the problem was. He confirmed that it came from the chimney, told me how they could fix it and a day later I received an estimate in the mail. They had to order the supplies to fix the problem, but as soon as they received the supplies I was called to set up a date to do the work. They came out to do the work in a timely manner and within a weeks time the leak was repaired. Oscar was the young man who came out to do the work. He was mannerly, new what he had to do to fix the problem and had it done in an afternoon. Solid Roof had put on a new roof and siding for me approximately ten years before. I found them to be the same company today as they had been ten years previously. It is always good to know the company you call will be consistent in the quality of work they do. more

We found Solid Rock's info in the Christian Blue Page several years ago when we had problems with critters tearing up our roof,so when our insurance adjuster told us that we had some major damage to the roof we told him that we already had a roofer, and that his company is a good Christian company. Kelly, Cheryl and our adjuster got together and agreed to a price. Their work was better than we expected and we are very satisfied. During the weeks after the work was finished a man who I didn't know asked us if we were happy with the work that was done. I told him that I would recommend them without question more

This is an extremely honest company with great customer service. I had a chimney that was leaking. Other roofing companies showed up with instruction manuals and insurance company ""scripts"" on how to claim damage from past storms and listed every date of high wind or hail from the last 6 months. Other companies also said I needed a complete new roof and didn't even address the chimney as an issue. Before I even hired them they tarped my chimney, because rain was coming. I hired Solid Rock to rebuild my chimney. The work was great and they left the property clean. After the ""big"" hail storm in my area I hired them to do my entire roof. Again, they did a tremendous job. My favorite part about this company is their customer service. If you call with a question or any issue, they address it asap. I will use this company again and have recommended them to many friends and family. more

We hired Solid Rock after the wind storm. After they replaced the roof, When they replaced the roof, they shoved our condensation pump to our AC under the roof. The tubing could not drain, and caused a leak around the gutter and dry rotted our roof. When they came out to replace the damaged roof, they left all the trash in the gutters. We are now having another roofing co. come inspect the roof. more

I recently had major hail damage to my roof and siding. As a result of the storm damage, I had water leaking inside the house. Solid Rock was quick to respond and fix my roof and siding in a very timely manner. They did an outstanding job and I?m very pleased with the quality of workmanship. This is the second house I have owned that Solid Rock has roofed for me. Because I use a wheelchair, we had an addition put on our house 11 years ago. Within the last couple of years we started having water come down the wall between the old roof and the new addition. We had a few companies come and look at it and make repairs but the water started again not long after the work was done. Tracy and Solid Rock came and looked at the roof and saw the problem the other companies had missed. They made the repair to our roof and we have had no problems since. I called Solid Rock Roofing in the Spring of 2009 for a roof-over estimate. I had found their listing in the Christian Blue Pages, and decided to give them a try. Tracy came out on a rainy morning in April and told me that in all honesty, I could wait another year before the roof would really need replacing. He gave me a very fair quote and told me that he would call me next year to follow up. The same day another roofing company came out to give me a second estimate. They had a doomsday approach, saying that the roof was falling apart, near collapse, we HAVE to get the new roof up today! Then they quoted TWICE as much as Tracy. more

I have been working with this company over the past year on some problems unique to a 1950's home with an unusual addition of a rubber roof merging with a shingled roof. Ice dams have been a recurrent problem over the years, even prior to my ownership. Last year's re-flashing helped but when the aged rubber roof failed this year, a full anti-ice dam solution was undertaken: ice membrane, full ridge vent and soffit ventilation and re-engineering of the roof interfaces. So far, so good--no post rain leaks. The workers were prompt and ready to go at the strike of 8 am. My neighbor commented on how well they worked together as a team--and no loud radios!! The work site was left very clean. The employees were courteous. The owner also responds to voice mail and e-mail in a timely fashion. more

We have been using Solid rock roofing for the last five years. Finding a leak in a roof is not always an easy thing to do. Tracy made multiple trips to fix the leak in our garage and there was never an additional charge.We have had shingles replaced after a windstorm. We also had a problem with an ice dam and Tracy installed a liner which took care of that problem. They are an honest and reputable company . more

We hired Solid Rock to locate and repair two very stubborn roof leaks. I cannot say enough positive about their company. Tracy and his crew are very professional. They arrived when they said they would, assessed the situation and gave us a quote. One leak in particular, was in a very difficult location. Tracy said they would start with the least invasive solution and if it did not work, they would keep at it until it was repaired. They did just that. I called the office as soon as I saw water and they returned right away (and for no additional charge) and made the necessary more involved repairs. They completed the projects in a timely manner and for a cost under what they quoted. You will not be disappointed with this company! more
