I have been working with this company over the past year on some problems unique to a 1950's home with an unusual addition of a rubber roof merging with a shingled roof. Ice dams have been a recurrent problem over the years, even prior to my ownership. Last year's re-flashing helped but when the aged rubber roof failed this year, a full anti-ice dam solution was undertaken: ice membrane, full ridge vent and soffit ventilation and re-engineering of the roof interfaces. So far, so good--no post rain leaks. The workers were prompt and ready to go at the strike of 8 am. My neighbor commented on how well they worked together as a team--and no loud radios!! The work site was left very clean. The employees were courteous. The owner also responds to voice mail and e-mail in a timely fashion.
