I called Solid Rock Roofing in the Spring of 2009 for a roof-over estimate. I had found their listing in the Christian Blue Pages, and decided to give them a try. Tracy came out on a rainy morning in April and told me that in all honesty, I could wait another year before the roof would really need replacing. He gave me a very fair quote and told me that he would call me next year to follow up. The same day another roofing company came out to give me a second estimate. They had a doomsday approach, saying that the roof was falling apart, near collapse, we HAVE to get the new roof up today! Then they quoted TWICE as much as Tracy.
