I recently was getting ready to list my home for sale when I noticed what looked like a leak in my utility room ceiling close to the chimney. I called, told them my situation and a gentleman came out to see what the problem was. He confirmed that it came from the chimney, told me how they could fix it and a day later I received an estimate in the mail.
They had to order the supplies to fix the problem, but as soon as they received the supplies I was called to set up a date to do the work. They came out to do the work in a timely manner and within a weeks time the leak was repaired.
Oscar was the young man who came out to do the work. He was mannerly, new what he had to do to fix the problem and had it done in an afternoon. Solid Roof had put on a new roof and siding for me approximately ten years before. I found them to be the same company today as they had been ten years previously. It is always good to know the company you call will be consistent in the quality of work they do.
