Great technicians but horrible when you call them 2/10/2017

We have been very pleased with the Sobieski technicians. Great, friendly, knowledgeable! But the people who answer the phone are not! On three separate occasions, they have scheduled us at a certain time. Then they have called and confirmed a different time and date! And argued with us on top of it! Twice no one showed when we were told they would. When we called, they argued with us again. As much as we like their technicians, when our service contract is up, we will not renew. They need better customer service reps who understand service! more

Annual furnace preventative check 1/19/2017

Excellent job! Donovan arrived on time, and performed a complete check of the furnace; and found all to be operating normally. In addition, he answered all my questions about system performace, etc. Five star, all the way. more

Unprofessional Mess 12/19/2016

Central Ac and Ductwork. Nearly zero cleanup-plaster dust everywhere and pieces of plaster even on the beds. Holes left in the ceilings unpatched. Electric service disconnected to HW heater. It took more days for the mess to be repaired than the install did in the first place. more

Travis and Brooke showed up as promised. My heating system was an oil steam boiler and Travis handled it with ease. My system is 30+ years old and Travis recommended that it be changed. I felt that... 11/3/2016

I needed to have someone service my old oil steam boiler system. Most technicians have limited or no experience with these old systems. Travis was recommended to handle the situation. I was very pleased with him and Brooke. They did not stock the part (a nozzle) on the truck but placed an order and will return to install the nozzle. I am very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. All-in-all, I would recommend this company to everyone I possibly can. Even the personnel who answer the phone are very caring and professional. Thank you Sobieski Services I will be doing business in the near future. more

The technician thoroughly examined our unit and made recommendations necessary maintenance. He then completed the recommended service immediately. The technician explained the service and the overall expectations for our unit's performance. Overall very professional work. more

Winter check on heating system. Andre M. technichan 9/2/2016

Andre M. just left my house after thoroughly checking my heating system. I am all set for the winter. He also checked my garbage disposal in my kitchen sink and as I will need a new one he has already scheduled a appointment for 9/6/16 after 1:30 pm. to install a new one. Andre is a very patient, answering all my question. As far as I am concerned he get a 5 star rating! more

Great service until you need repair work 8/1/2016

I have been with Sobieski for years but Sunday I called to say my unit was not working. They promised to return call yesterday to let me know if a tech would be out yesterday or today. Never heard anything until 4PM today. They told me they had higher priorities which left me wondering why do I have a service contract. Especially when I got my unit repaired by someone that I didn't have a contract. more

Prompt, courteous, professional 7/27/2016

All members of the team were very courteous. The service representative who scheduled my appointment was very helpful, and called a day before the service to remind me of the appointment. The maintenance team was also timely, very courteous, and completed the inspection of my air conditioning equipment in no time. They just went right to work. I would recommend this company without hesitation. more

Do Not Use Sobieski 5/18/2016

I have had trouble with this company for years. They were good when they first came out to install system 12 years ago, but after that, forget about it. They would often have to reschedule annual maintenance calls at the last minute or not show up at all. When I contacted the office to discuss this, they never returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. My neighbor also used them for a new A/C system recently and was very displeased. If I could give them less than one star I would. more

Professional and Personal 3/24/2016

Just finalized a project that included bringing natural gas into my home, creating a manifold for future use, and the necessary connection for a gas slide-in range. I worked with Andrew from estimate to job conclusion and I could not be more pleased. It was as if I was not working with a "plumber" but a friend or family member. It took other companies up to 60 days to send an estimate but Sobieski gave me an estimate on the first visit. I don't know why anyone would use another plumbing company. more
