The staff at Smith Martin was outstanding! They took a very stressful and unfortunate situation off my hands and handled everything for me. Not only was the whole staffs service above any other shop I have had to do work with in past, the quality of work was amazing! My white vehicle was side swiped by a large red suv and my car now looks better than the day i bought it! They even detailed my car for me before i came and picked it up. The other persons insurance company was asking me to take it to a different shop but a good friend of mine recommended Smith Martin because she has been using them for years and I am so glad i listened to her. You will not find this quality of work and 5 star service anywhere else! I am now a Smith Martin customer for life! Thanks again guys :) more

I have used them thrice over the last 13 years. The first time I used them, I was a student and could not afford them but what impressed me the most was a genuine concern and sympathy for my situation unlike others. 2 years back I had two collisions, front and back, same car in a period of few months. They repaired the car each time and restored it to near pristine condition. They were again very kind to me, updated me every 2nd day on the progress on their own, promptly returned my every phone call and email. When I consulted them on my wife's traffic tix for the accident they gave me a patient hearing and a correct informal advice. After 1 year of repairs my car's hood developed some adjustment problem and the rear brake light developed some switch problem. I also had a minor leak into my trunk (rainwater). I called them up and they asked me to come any time on my own convenience without an appointment and they would take care of it. And they did so within a few hours. Nothing charged! A first rate customer service indeed. Highly recommended. more

I love cars! I have a 1996 Camero convertible that had some damage to its front fender. I had never used Smith-Martin Autobody and Collision, but somebody referred them to me so I tried them. They were great! They repaired it and matched the paint perfectly. Also, the people that work there are very nice and made it an enjoyable experience for me. When I walked in to Smith-Martin Autobody and Collision, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Rob. Mr. Martin was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in clear terms. He printed out the quote for me so we could go over together and told me everything I needed to know about the rental. He was very thorough. Freddy was very good too. He walked me around the car during the repair estimate, marked all the previous dents, bumps, and damage, and explained what he was going to repair. The owner of Saguaro Automotive Repair recommended Smith-Martin Autobody and Collision to me. I have never heard anything bad about them. They give great customer service. more

In November me and my 2007 Lexus got caught in a micro-burst storm just outside of Tucson. It was really a frightening experience! When I got home and calmed down, I noticed that my beautiful Pearl Red Paint had been badly damaged by all of the flying debris from the storm. I was sick!! My neighbor recommended Smith-Martin to me, and I am so glad he did! These guys are the best! They took care of all the insurance hassles so that I wouldn't have to. It was as simple as drop off my car, pick up my rental (which was waiting for me), and wait for their call. Totally stress free!! They missed the promise date for completion by 1 day, but that was ok with me, because when I saw how beautiful my car was again I almost cried!! It was perfect! I would highly recommend Smith-Martin to anyone who needs Autobody repairs. They are professional, courteous, and soooo friendly! more

WOW! These guys were awesome! Some jerk clobbered my 2008 Maxima in a parking lot, and his insurance company sent me to them. They are great to work with! My car looks like new...even the pearl white paint matches purfectly! They detailed it for me at no-charge, so she was all "sparkly" when I picked her up! Smith-Martin Autobody has been around for years. My Grand-Dad had his truck fixed there in 1969. My Dad has his cars fixed there in 1977, 1982, and 1998. I've had several cars fixed there also, most recently my sons Ford Escape in 2010. They are a top rate shop, that not only does great repair with excellent service...they care about you and your needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Smith-Martin Autobody and Collision is great; they are excellent. We have been going there to have our cars repaired for one reason or another since 2002. They are very courteous and work with us to try and give us the best care for repairs without gouging us on pricing. They are very good about their estimates and then with getting back to us about what they can do and what we would prefer. I have told people about them as far as collision repairs and paint jobs, and their work is beautiful. What I am hoping for is that one day they incorporate working on cars mechanically, like for the 60,000 mile checkup. I wish they did other work, and I would take it there instead of back to the dealer. I had a collision in my brand new car, and I swerved so the driver's side was bad. The paint job matched perfectly; the whole thing was perfect. They did more to it as well, because it was running better when I got it from them than when I got it from the dealer. It rode so smoothly. They gave it an overall workup after they fixed the bumper. They cleaned the inside of the engine and the outside of the car. They adjusted the headlights, and they were brighter. It was great, and they have done the same thing to other cars as well. They are repairing my husband's old Thunderbird, because he won't give it up. They are giving us regular updates about it, the door was broken in two, and they let us know what is going on. I liked the service at Smith Martin Paint & Body Shop because they try to stress customer service over business. They succeed in making the customer feel like an individual rather than an ant in an anthill. However, they really should work on the management of customer maintenance. After the work was done, I called in with some questions. It took me forever to get a hold of any supervisors because my messages were not being listened to or relayed to the correct person. But they paint job was just what I wanted fire hot red with little sparkles so that in the sun it shimmers and glistens more
