I liked the service at Smith Martin Paint & Body Shop because they try to stress customer service over business. They succeed in making the customer feel like an individual rather than an ant in an anthill. However, they really should work on the management of customer maintenance. After the work was done, I called in with some questions. It took me forever to get a hold of any supervisors because my messages were not being listened to or relayed to the correct person. But they paint job was just what I wanted fire hot red with little sparkles so that in the sun it shimmers and glistens
