When I walked in to Smith-Martin Autobody and Collision, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Rob. Mr. Martin was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in clear terms. He printed out the quote for me so we could go over together and told me everything I needed to know about the rental. He was very thorough.
Freddy was very good too. He walked me around the car during the repair estimate, marked all the previous dents, bumps, and damage, and explained what he was going to repair.
The owner of Saguaro Automotive Repair recommended Smith-Martin Autobody and Collision to me. I have never heard anything bad about them. They give great customer service.
