I have been looking for someone to go to for my waxing and I stumbled upon Natalie just from googling. I found these rave reviews on City Search and thought that I must call this lady. I am so glad I did. There isn't much to say other then the whole experience from the moment we spoke on the phone to the actual wax, she was very comforting and made me feel relaxed. I am very please with my wax, she was thorough with making sure all the hair was removed. Now that is what I am talking about. I highly recommend her to anyone, she is that rare gem tucked away in a small establishment. I always feel uncomfortable walking in to those large spas, they intimidate me. She is located within a quaint and homey shop. You definitley feel welcome and comfortable. Pros: Fast, friendly, relaxing, very thorough, clean. Cons: I was not able to get in on the same day I called, I had to wait a few days to get in. That is not such a bad thing at all. more

I went to Natalie for a chemical peel due to acne/scarring. SHe is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I looked so much better with the first peel. I go back every four weeks. Marked improvement for sure. I convinced my sister to go to Natalie and she is just as pleased. I feel so much better about myself when I look in the mirror. Pros: Friendly, caring, nurturing, knowledgable, helpful. Cons: Took a week or so to get an appoinment, she is busy. more

My girl told me to go to her wax girl, Natalie. Man, I didn't want to get my hair waxd. Thought it would hurt. . My girl set up my appointmnet and went with me. I screamed like a little school girl. I was not feeling too much, it was more to make my girlfreind feel bad for me. Didn't work. She loved the look and I have to admit it does make me look more cut up. I decided to let her wax my upper chest. Tht hurt pretty good but she was on her game and made me feel pretty good through it all. It was over pretty quick. I like the look and to make my girl happy I will be back. My skin feels good next to my shirt without hair. If I can get lucky more often becaue of it I will keep it up. Natalie is cool. I'm in construction and am going to see her for a massage. Pros: Quick, nice, fricking hilarious, she's hot (can i say that?) Cons: Hurt some, nothing I can't deal with. I will be back. more

Go see NATALIE! She is AMAZING! I have just moved to the area within the past 6 weeks and didn't know who to turn to for my waxing and skin care needs! I googled Brazilian Wax in Willoughby Hills...and all of these amazing!! testimonials were written about this chic! Ok, I called her. I LOVED her immediately on the phone. I had to schedule out two weeks from the time I called here due to the fact that she is BOOKED! Like seriously BOOKED! I met her and loved her. I felt like we were friends from the getgo! She made me feel warm, comfortable, cared for and that all of my worries and needs would be met. I clicked INSTANTLY with her. She is SO freaking fast! I was done in under 10 mins. I have never had a wax that was so quick and I practically felt no pain. IT IS SO true what everyone wrote about her. CALL HER! I of course needed my brows waxed. Yeah, baby! My brows look bangin'! ;-) I am scheduled for my first chemical peel in a couple weeks and can't wait to see the results. Her skin looks AMAZING! What a find she is. With all of these big, expensive spas/salons out there not caring about you and treating you like you are just a number, it is very REFRESHING to come in contact with a professional that has as much passion for her career and her clients as Natalie has. I now consider myself a friend and a client FOR LIFE! I hope she NEVER moves away! My next three appointments are scheduled to make sure I don't miss out on my wax! Pros: Bangin' Brows! Ok, so I'm supposed to write this review as if I were talking to a friend....here goes! I am Italian and unfortunatley, I have my father's gene pool when it comes to facial and body hair. Yeah, I'm a hairy girl. Not too attractive, right? So, here I am online about 2 weeks ago searching for SOMEONE who KNOWS or at least sounds like they know what they are doing when it comes to removing hair. I found Natalie Farone here on CitySearch after googling Brazilian wax in Willoughby Hills...and OMG! There were TONS of extremely POSITIVE feedback reviews! Did you read them all? This woman sounded amazing! I called her up and she was extremely warm, friendly, funny(??) and knowledgable. We agreed on an appointment date (I had to wait a week to get in..she is BUSY!) and looked forward to the meeting. I arrived and was happily surprised to find that her shop is quaint, homey, friendly and not pretencious at all. She works in a shop that is modern yet VERY welcoming with three barbers! Very cool! Very COMFORTABLE! She took me back into her room and talked with me about my expectations and also her recommendations. She stepped out of the room, allowed me to get ready and asked me to call her back in once I was ready. She came in and washed her hands and I noticed (which I always do) that she had a BRAND NEW WAX STICK! She explained to me what I needed to do to make my waxing experience more comfortable to me and she began her magic. I had a Brazilian, full leg wax, arm pit and arm wax. Oh yeah, and the most AMAZING brow wax ever! (Look, I said I was hairy!!) I was amazed at her technique, her speed, her personality and ability to make me feel so comfortable during this whole procedure. I LOVE HER! I FELT A CONNECTION TO HER INSTANTLY! I am now a regular. I made sure to schedule my next three appointments so I will be on a four week schedule. (SHE IS BUSY!) Go see her, she is great! Pros: Friendly, Knowledgable, Caring, FUN, Just a great person to be around! So darn positive! Cons: Not applicable! more

Ok so, my boyfriend created her website and for payment, he asked her for a gift certificate which he gave me for Christmas! I finally called her and set something up. My first treatment was a body glow polish. Altho I'm a massage therapist myself, I've never had anything like that before and it felt great! You could poke me with a needle right now and it would just bounce off i'm so supple lol ;o) We clicked right away and she is so cool. No cool isn't the word. There is NO word to describe how awesome she is! And to top it all off, I found out I know her mom who is also mega cool! This chick, I hope, is going to be my new best friend! haha! I don't get out enough and because of her, I'm going to this dinner this Tuesday for a benefit for the Lake Humane society (which I already volunteer/ed for and support! All three of my little munkin bunkins I adopted thru them!) She is so unbelievably inspirational and she motivated me to lose the fear on starting MY OWN business instead of working for some other salon... and what am i doing working as a secretary now?!?!? I've been licensed for almost 2 years! Yeah yeah, i just met her in person for the first time today, but I definitely see great things in the future! I just know we were totally meant to meet.. (I don't care if that sounds weird/gay/whatever/ ::insert silly word here::) See ya Tuesday and next weekend and next next next weekend!!! hee hee!! !! I still have to come up with a fabulous word to describe how amazing you are... Pros: Her personality and glow, the diverse selection of services she offers, the way she makes you want to come back for more, brown sugar (candle or lotion? not sure) Cons: This shouldn't even be an option when associated with Natalie. more

A couple of months ago, I was going out of town and wanted my back, chest and brows waxed. I didn't know who to go to, and googled waxing in Willoughby Hills and found Natalie Farone. Her website is very informative and user friendly. I called based on what was written about her on city search. I called her and she was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. She's busy, I was expecting to get in that day. I guess it just doesn't work that way. She was able to fit me in in a couple of days. It was worth the wait. I am pleased with the end result and it wasn't so bad. Yeah, it stung but it is so worth it. I have been back to her a few times and plan on continuing and keeping up with the hair removal every month. Pros: It was all good! Cons: Nada. more

I moved here from MIchigan, I had thought about getting a Brazilian for a LONG time. I searched online for someone that seemed reputible and good. OMG! Did you Google Natalie? Did you see the referrals? Those referrals are went caught my attention!!! Could I NOT call her? I did, she was very friendly and I loved the info she passed on to me prior to my appointment. Walked in for my appt. and was greeted by someone almost immediately. I was NERVOUS!!!! Who wouldn't be??? I sure was! Natalie came out to get me like 3 mins. after I arrived and she just made me feel so comfortable! The Brazilian took about 12 mins. and she was FAST! Darn if she isn't FAST! She was talking to me the entire time..I think to take my mind off of what was going on...and the next thing I know, she's done! Just like that! :-) I guess I was afraid of being burned with hot wax..didn't happen. I was afraid it would hurt for-EVER...nope, didn't happen. It was a tad uncomfortable for the instant the hair came out but I am coming back to get this done every month! If you are in need of a Brazilian, never had a Brazilian, are afraid to try a Brazilian....call Natalie and she will take care of you. Thank God for the internet, don't ya think???? Pros: Great experience! Great professionalism! Very warm and caring! VERY FAST! Cons: none to speak of..oh, she IS busy...so you might not get an appt. on the day you call, I didn't. But it was worth the couple days wait! more

My girlfriend had a hard time with the hair on my back and in my ears. Searched online for someone to help me and came upon Natalie. Called her up and felt instantly like she knew what she was talking about. I felt at ease. My girlfriend came with me and liked Natalie too. She ended up getting a brow wax. I have to say, it was NOT like a certain movie that came out like 3 years ago where he was getting his chest waxed. She was calming, relaxing, and as a male, this is just plain...weird to have a strange woman touching me. She was great. My back looks great and so do my ears. Naw, it doesn't hurt so much. Ask my girlfriend. My lady loves how her brows look and we will both be back in four weeks. Guys, it's a piece of cake. She is really good at what she does. Pros: Quick, Practically Painless, She is Funny, Listen guys, she knows her stuff. Cons: Getting my butt in there to do it. She books up quick, had to wait a few days to get in. more

I wanted a Brazilian wax before I left on my vaca with my boyfriend. My friends were too scared to get a Brazilian (is that the correct way to spell it????!!????) so I researched on line and found skincarebynatalie dot com and saw reviews on Citysearch dot com so I thought what the heck?? I called her up and spoke with Natalie. She is VERY nice, very informative and just seemed to know what she was talking about. I scheduled my appointment and was seen within 5 mins. of my arrival. She is as good as the other ladies reviewed her! I love the results and will be back every 4 weeks for maintenance! LOVE THE RESULTS! Needless to say, so did my man! Thanks Natalie. I don't have ingrown hairs or itchyness! Oh yes! I also had her wax my brows and lip and I have to say, my brows never looked so darn good. You can definitley tell she loves what she does! A friend of mine has been seeing Natalie for her 40% Glycolic Peels and waxing for quite some time, and I figured it was time to start looking and feeling my best as well. Wow! After the peel, I looked in the mirror and thought: "WHO IS THIS PERSON?" My skin looked so refreshed, clean, hydrated, my fine lines and wrinkles..well, what fine lines and wrinkles? She is amazing and so is the Jan Marini Skin Care line that I purchased! I see Natalie every four weeks for a peel and I tried my first Brazilian wax, not so bad. She made me feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect, however, she talked me through it prior to starting the wax, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience! What a find her little shop was to me, and I will be referring all of my friends to her! Thanks Natalie, for helping my skin to look absolutley incredible! Loved HER! Natalie is an amazing person...she was extremely friendly...caring..thoughtful! She definitely made me feel comfortable and as ease...I had my first Brazilian...and my brows waxed..she is AWESOME! I scheduled my next 3 appointments since I travel a ton for work..wanted to make sure I was on a 4 wk schedule for my Brazillian and brows...(LOVE LOVE LOVE the brows!) My next step is to try the Rain Drop Technique! I love massages..and this massage just sounds incredibly relaxing! I am so glad I found her on City Search...will refer my friends and co-workers to her! ;-) Pros: Professional, VERY quick, friendly...great smile! Cons: Can't get by the slight tingle of the hair removal...feels like a band aide! more

I never had a brazilian before...I walked in and felt at home and comfortable immediately. Natalie had me in her room and out in about 10 minutes...It wasn't as painful as I thought...maybe it was her technique/? Or how she kept the conversation going? I felt that she made me feel at ease. I am recommending her to my girlfriends! I made my next appointment before I left! Pros: Friendly, Quick, Sanitary and Clean...Great value! Cons: None. more
