Ok, so I'm supposed to write this review as if I were talking to a friend....here goes! I am Italian and unfortunatley, I have my father's gene pool when it comes to facial and body hair. Yeah, I'm a hairy girl. Not too attractive, right? So, here I am online about 2 weeks ago searching for SOMEONE who KNOWS or at least sounds like they know what they are doing when it comes to removing hair. I found Natalie Farone here on CitySearch after googling Brazilian wax in Willoughby Hills...and OMG! There were TONS of extremely POSITIVE feedback reviews! Did you read them all? This woman sounded amazing! I called her up and she was extremely warm, friendly, funny(??) and knowledgable. We agreed on an appointment date (I had to wait a week to get in..she is BUSY!) and looked forward to the meeting. I arrived and was happily surprised to find that her shop is quaint, homey, friendly and not pretencious at all. She works in a shop that is modern yet VERY welcoming with three barbers! Very cool! Very COMFORTABLE! She took me back into her room and talked with me about my expectations and also her recommendations. She stepped out of the room, allowed me to get ready and asked me to call her back in once I was ready. She came in and washed her hands and I noticed (which I always do) that she had a BRAND NEW WAX STICK! She explained to me what I needed to do to make my waxing experience more comfortable to me and she began her magic. I had a Brazilian, full leg wax, arm pit and arm wax. Oh yeah, and the most AMAZING brow wax ever! (Look, I said I was hairy!!) I was amazed at her technique, her speed, her personality and ability to make me feel so comfortable during this whole procedure. I LOVE HER! I FELT A CONNECTION TO HER INSTANTLY! I am now a regular. I made sure to schedule my next three appointments so I will be on a four week schedule. (SHE IS BUSY!) Go see her, she is great!
Pros: Friendly, Knowledgable, Caring, FUN, Just a great person to be around! So darn positive!
