They have kept good tenants and diligently managed the property for some time now. I have no complaints and am pleased and relieved to have them taking care of things.

Worst

SJC was nothing but a nightmare for me and my family. I wish this so called "management" company had never entered my life. I will be paying for it for years to come. Repairs ...

I am currently renting a home managed by SJC and it is great! When I moved in the walls were freshly painted and the carpet cleaned professionally. They were very kind and worked with my family and I to let us move in on the weekend before the 1st (since it fell on a Tuesday and my husband and I work during the week). Thank you so much SJC for your prompt response to my roof leak. The repair man did a great job at repairing it. No more dripping! I just want to let you know how much I appreciate working with you and the management company. I had heard horror stories about rental companies, so was concerned when we found ourselves in the position of needing to rent. SJC has made it a pleasure. You always respond immediately and every technician that has been sent to make a repair has been great to work with. more

I really love how SJC Management has been very considerate of my needs. When I first applied with them I was afraid they would say no because I thought they only approved tenants with perfect credit. Although I have ok credit I figured there was a chance I would never hear from them or get a negative response. However, the supervisor who showed me the property called me a few days later and said I was approved. They only requested a little extra security deposit from me. I was so happy at how smooth the process was and how considerate they were to my needs. I really liked the apartment and I’m very glad to be renting from them. They are very attentive and have great customer service. more

I had to take the opportunity to let the public know how professional and invaluable the staff at SJC is. Before I started working with them, the property I was living in was a mess and there was a real lack of management and communication. Within a couple months of hiring SJC the property grounds turned back into its well-manicured look, and with their great management skills the property truly did a 180. The board now depends on your team, with their great expertise and direction, when making decisions about the community. Thank you for everything! more

I was recently apartment shopping, and found the process to be daunting and intimidating to say the least. Met a property manager at SJC Management and thanks to her expertise and knowledge of the industry I was able to find a wonderful apartment near Sumner for a much lower rent than when I searched before.
