They have kept good tenants and diligently managed the property for some time now. I have no complaints and am pleased and relieved to have them taking care of things.

Worst

SJC was nothing but a nightmare for me and my family. I wish this so called "management" company had never entered my life. I will be paying for it for years to come. Repairs ...

these are great managers and I have never had a problem. I have called a couple times for a repair and they were pretty quick about it, same when the sink was clogged. its nice to know they are there if anything goes wrong, I have not always seen that from other management companies. more

The home I rent is well represented by SJC. They take care of repairs when necessary and are easy to get a hold of to do them. They have been good to me and unless I need them leave me to my privacy. more

I am confident when I say that I have received service for every last dollar that has been paid to SJC for the management of my house in Sumner. They do everything they stated they would for my property, and for that reason I have continued to employ them as my management company. more

Love the House! 9/13/2011

I am currently renting a home managed by SJC and it is great! When I moved in the walls were freshly painted and the carpet cleaned professionally. They were very kind and worked with my family and I and let us move in on the weekend before the 1st (since it fell on a Tuesday and my husband and I work during the week). Thank you SJC for all of your kindness! more

There have been many management companies that I have trusted my home to but never one I was happy with until SJC came along. They are a cut above because they pay attention to their job and do it in a professional manner. Communication and results are the only things I have ever been interested in ad I have found them here. more

The level of service here is far superior compared to that of other management companies Ive dealt with. sjc has a level of comunication that keeps me informed on the goings on at the property making it easy to rent my home out and maintain the property. more
