They have kept good tenants and diligently managed the property for some time now. I have no complaints and am pleased and relieved to have them taking care of things.

Worst

SJC was nothing but a nightmare for me and my family. I wish this so called "management" company had never entered my life. I will be paying for it for years to come. Repairs ...

Living in Alaska and having rental property in Washington is not a perfect fit but you made it work. more

I have used SJC for several years and have continuously been served fairly and professionally. I am a small customer, but always am treated like I had many units to rent. Keep up the friendly spirit. more

STAY AWAY FROM SJC 8/27/2009

WHAT A NIGHTMARE - THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS - THE HOUSE WE RENTED FROM THEM WAS FILTHY WHEN WE DID A WALK THROUGH AND WE WERE TOLD WE COULD LEAVE IT IN THE SAME CONDITION WE FOUND IT IN -- ARE YOU KIDDING ME - THEY LIE, THEIR ACCOUNTING RECORDS ARE NOT ACCURATE AT ALL, THEY COULD GIVE A DAMM ABOUT ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE THAT DONT BELONG TO YOU AND YOU SURE SHOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH BEING A RENTOR AND THEY DONT CARE!!! I STILL FLIP THEM OFF EVERYTIME I DRIVE BY THEIR OFFICE ON 410 --- I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM OUT OF BUSINESS - THEY DONT DESERVE A DIME FROM ANYONE!!! Pros: THERE ARE NONE Cons: EVERYTHING more

We can't help you. 9/10/2007

Now most property managers are available to show you rentals after hours and on weekends etc and will adjust their schedule to help the prospective tenant find and rent one of their properties. Not this one!! They work strict hours M-F 9 am to 5 pm and Sat. 11 am to 2 pm. Now GOD forbid you also work M-F 8 am- 5 pm and perhaps aren't available on Saturday do to a second job or vacation etc. Well they don't care, guess they aren't in any hurry to rent out units and are happier letting them sit empty for months on end vacant then adjust their sacred schedule by one hour, say showing the unit at 6 pm. Pros: Not a one. Cons: Everything!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!! more
