I called to request an estimate with questions about payment. The pricing was more than fair for carpet cleaning of my whole house and upholstery cleaning for my sofa. To my surprise Jimmy was able to accommodate me with same day service during a holiday week. The customer service I received was excellent. We recently experienced an infortunate flood situation in the first floor of our two storey house due to a toilet overflow in the upstairs bathroom. It was at night on a weekend, I was out of the country on business travel and my wife was alone with my youngest son. Water was dripping from the garage ceiling and they did not notice it until a few hours later. My good neighbors were gone and the situation was critical. Fortunately, my wife had kept the business card of Silver Olas, a company that had done a great carpet cleaning job recently, so she called them to ask for a referral to get help. To her surprise, Silver Olas was also able to help with flood emergency services. Even on a Saturday night they came in less than an hour and started a quick and professional flood mitigation service, with the right tools and equipment and a great service attitude. Jimmy from Silver Olas also explained to my wife all the necessary steps to follow in the process, while I filed a claim with my insurance company. After all the drying was done, we decided to keep working with Silver Olas for the reconstruction phase. We were very well impressed by their professional work and by the courtesy of their workers. Jimmy took all my calls and responded to all my emails on the same day. He explained to us in detail all the work to be done, and he coordinated everything smoothly according to our availability. He also helped us to take care of additional damages that were not listed in the first estimate that we got from the Insurance Company, and he negotiated very efficiently with them so that finally everything got approved. In summary, Silver Olas performed a neat and high quality job, at the right price and always with a highly responsive, respectful and polite attitude. Jimmy was awesome! He arrived about 5 minutes early and ready to go to work. I thought he would just be giving me a quote for a cleaning, but when I asked him when he could do the job he said "How about now?" He took great care in cleaning my carpets, moving furniture and scrubbing the tougher spots, all for a very reasonable price. I had a water heater go out in the garage and a leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused water damage with some mold. After several estimates from other restoration companies I went with Silver Olas. The prices were roughly the same but his inspection was the most thorough and he (Jimmy) gave me a follow up call. Jimmy was always ready to answer any questions and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. The process took awhile due to the damage being in two locations but Silver Olas made it as painless as possible under the circumstances. As an out-of-town property owner, I was fortunate that my tenant found Silver Olas online when a plumbing break flooded the carpet, sheetrock, baseboards, and tile. Jimmy Olas responded quickly (at 5:30am!) and expertly dried out everything over several days. His team then replaced the carpet pad, re-stretched the carpet, installed baseboards, touched up paint, and cleaned the carpet and tile so it looks like new. He maintained excellent communication with me (on a holiday, too!) by clearly explaining estimates and all steps of the process, even emailing photos of the progress and completion. In what could have been an upsetting ordeal, my tenant appreciated the considerate, prompt, and efficient crew who handled the problem. I'm a cynic and have high expectations of a company that provides me service. Jimmy Olas & his team far surpassed my expectations. In a short time I had 3 unrelated floods and ended up with mold. This resulted in the need to rip out my kitchen and replace everything new. They accomplished this in 2 weeks. Amazing! They dealt with all aspects of my issues including some custom building in my kitchen to make everything fit and end up perfect. I have been using Silver Olas for over a year now, and have been nothing but impressed with their always satisfactory service. I have three dogs, a baby, and WHITE carpet. You can only imagine how bad my carpet gets. It only takes them about 30-45 minutes to do the entire service. I had them clean my couch too and that was spectacular. SilverOlas is absolutely a fantastic and professional miracle worker for the restoration and polishing work SilverOlas performed at our residence on our travertine floor. I would unconditionally recommend SilverOlas to anyone. The travertine floor at our residence was improperly finished by another company. I just had wood floors put in my new home & discovered a faulty valve in my downstairs bathroom. Needless to say, the damage from all of the water gushing out of the pipe was very extensive!! In November 2011 I contacted Jimmy of Silver Olas regarding cleaning of 15 year old travertine floors throughout our new condominium in Oceanside. The travertine was pretty worn, but Silver Olas brought it back to its pristine original appearance. I came home on a friday night to a fire sprinkler flood that destroyed my master bedroom and damaged all the way to the first floor wood floors. In tears I found Silver Olas and they said they would be at my house in 45 minutes, on a Friday night! I was shocked and so relieved. I had called multiple plumbers that said they won't touch any damages associated with fire sprinklers and that it would have to wait until Monday for them to come out. I was so thankful Silver Olas came out. They were there immediately incredibly professional and had the house ready to dry in less than 20 minutes. They examined the entire house for wet spots and used the blowers. For the next few days (Sat and Sun) they continued to come out just to check how things were going. Their service was incredibly well done. They cleaned our ceramic tile that we spent a lot of money having installed when we first purchased the house 11 years ago. We have a person clean every two weeks and over 11 years she has mopped very lightly. Therefore, over the 11-year span a lot of dirt was circulated and spread out in the tile and grout. Silver Olas brought in machines and it looks as it did when we first moved in; we had forgotten how beautiful the original tile was. They are cleaning a throw rug for us too and we anticipate it will be similarly done in excellent fashion. They were a little quirky the work they performed was simply magnificent. We will use them again. We highly recommend them for ceramic tile and I imagine they are equally professional on other services. more

When the kitchen flooded, we called Silver Olas ASAP. They were here so FAST!! We have all custom cabinets and they took such good care not to damage them. They are prompt, efficient, and most importantly, very professional. I would highy recommend them if you have water damage. more

The nightmare happened before Thanksgiving 2011, and our downstairs toilet overflowed with EVERYTHING. With water starting to drip from upstairs into the kitchen I wasn't sure who to call. I saw that Sliver Olas is a local business and family owned. I called them and in spite of being in the middle of picking up his aunt from the hospital Jimmy called me right back.
