After a near disaster with another carpet company which could of destroyed our carpets in our rental property, Silver Olas came highly recommended by another military family. I called him with our problem and he knew immediately what went wrong, he told me the steps to correct it, came out and kept in contact with me over email and text. He sent pictures and reassured us that he had saved our carpet. Do not hesitate to use their service. We have already recommended him to our friends. He will be added into our rental contract so that we can ensure proper carpet cleaning from here on out. He can be trusted and has excellent business skills.
