As an out-of-town property owner, I was fortunate that my tenant found Silver Olas online when a plumbing break flooded the carpet, sheetrock, baseboards, and tile. Jimmy Olas responded quickly (at 5:30am!) and expertly dried out everything over several days. His team then replaced the carpet pad, re-stretched the carpet, installed baseboards, touched up paint, and cleaned the carpet and tile so it looks like new. He maintained excellent communication with me (on a holiday, too!) by clearly explaining estimates and all steps of the process, even emailing photos of the progress and completion. In what could have been an upsetting ordeal, my tenant appreciated the considerate, prompt, and efficient crew who handled the problem. I hope never need flood damage service again, but I know I can trust Silver Olas for honest, quality work and a quick response.
