Everyone at Signature Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely hire them for our next remodel project.
Our initial contact was with Jason Flippo (founder) who came to our home to gather information, measurements, and scope the project for an estimate. Later, we went to Signature Home Improvement's office to finalize a contract and take a tour of their facility.
The office staff (Heather, Savannah, and Mimi) coordinated workflow, materials and schedules. They communicated with us everyday to let us know what to expect. We were never in the dark about when the next craftsman would arrive and the work they would perform.
The project supervisor (Armanzo) came by frequently (every day at the start of the project). He helped us a lot by coming up with multiple design alternatives for vaious aspects of the project, and then helping us choose one that made sense.
The craftsmen (Ventura, Carlos, Martin, Aurelio, Tara, Joe, Sergio; apologies for any names I omitted) arrived either on time or slightly earlier than scheduled every day. They were friendly, skilled, and thorough. They were professional and treated us and our house with courtesy and respect. Except where logistics prevented it (waiting for grout to dry, epoxy to cure, etc.), someone was working every day. Their attention to detail and quality is very much appreciated. There are also many craftsmen (whose work was completed at Signature Home's facility; cabinet builders, painters, stone fabricators, etc.) whom we never met. Their attention to detail and quality is also very much appreciated.
They took steps to protect floors, walls, and furniture that were not part of the remodel. The crew cleaned up every day and at the end of the project hauled away excess construction materials.
The only way our project could have gone better is if they did it for free.
