Have been with Sierra on contract since having a problem with my system 2 years ago. They check it 2 X a year and have had no problems since. There is a certain security knowing it will work when you need it to, and since our AC is the biggest most expensive appliance in the house there isn't another company I would want to service it. Everyone of the Techs that have come out have been very friendly, polite, professional, and clean. Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to like, as this has been my experience with the rest of the Sierra team.
