Derek came in the AM on time and we had been without heat over the holiday! I told him what the problem was and ask him if he could take care of it. He said yes and after I called up and ask him some questions he gave me the answers and I left him to do his job. He was knowledgeable of what he was doing checked things out with the wall thermostat and made sure it was working again and set properly. I was very pleased . I used this company all the time.
